I am on the market for a new car seat for when my 9 month old grows out of her infant car seat.
I drive a 2011 Subaru Legacy. Please help provide suggestions!

I'm desperate. My fiancee' and I are expecting our daughter very soon, any wouldn't you know it? There's no way the car seat we have will fit in our tiny Porsche seats... Any ideas on an infant seat that we could fit rear-facing in the back seat?

Trying to give a friend insite and others experience... When did you switch LO out of infant car seat? Never used infant seat- went right to convertible (1.8%) Once LO reached or was really close to weight and/or height limits for seat - before turning...

C outgrew his infant seat by the time he was 6 months; we then switched to a 3-in-1 convertible so a convertible for my car when she was about a year and use the infant seat as our second seat gotten at least a few more....

All infant seats tend to feel heavy once you put a baby, and maybe....
Like I said to each other, just put them both outboard .
Most infant seats weigh about 9-10#; the SR 22 weighs about 7.5# I believe.
Is a decent seat.

OK, probably a ridiculous question...
I've been looking at infant car seats online... The picture always shows that a car base is included, but the descriptions never mention that it is or is not included.
Are they? TIA!!!

I just got a Britax B-Safe and it came with one base .
I am 98% sure that it comes with the car seat.

There's a debate going on in a FB group I'm on about whether to leave an infant seat handle up or down, when the manufacture says it's fine either way. Obviously you want to make sure it's allowed by the seat first, but in the case where it can...

Most of the infant seats in Canada now require is a bit suspect.
I prefer up.

We have a baby trend Infant seat and we need another base for grandma's car, I was wondering if anybody knew if this would fit a graco base since the local re-sale shop has a TON of these?

The base makes installation easier, but all infant seats have a place where you can thread a seatbelt through.
Just in case you didn't know, you don't HAVE to use a base on any infant seat.

Can anyone do that in their car? the problem I see happening is being able to buckle the booster. If it's in the middle the seat pretty much covers the buckle. I've seen a buckle extender that sticks out and the reviews are mostly for use with booster...
