I infused a quart of oil with crushed coriander seed as an experiment, to add to my normal infusions. I am making two more infused soaps and I know exactly how to use the oils (Rosemary and cinnamon - not in the same soap).

Plus, I found about 150 g lime zest infused oil from that other fun! I had enough infused oils to do two - ~2lb batches.
Have eucalyptus and rosemary EOs too.

Ok So lets talk about this. I am finding I am lacking in the healthy "oils" department. What are some fun/favorite ways you make sure you get your healthy oils in your day to day routine. I seriously fit almost all my GHG except the dang oils.

On my mood I might use oils infused with garlic, chillies etc.

26) make some Herb or Spice Infused Oil, (for dipping and stick to it I don't have a problem getting in the oil.
If you eat frozen dinners, drizzle some over it.
