It has been awhile my friends! I spent the morning putting DS Watercolor Ground on boards and while that was drying, I got out my Inktense pencils and did some sketching. I had forgotten how much fun that was - Got a little carried away, but the sketches...

Their so easy to carry with you and add a quick watercolor wash Air watercolors + inktense pencils.
I love the Inktense pencils also.

Meechelle, I don't like the blending pencil.
When I first started with my pencils, I bought the Prismacolor blending pencil to blend with just the pencils.
Hassle/risk.

These days I mainly use my Derwent Inktense or Faber-Castel Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils, so I probably won't bother investing much in the new Derwent.
Much creamier colour spread.
The same pencils.

I should have stopped. I totally overworked the flowerpot plant on the top. Oh well I still had time. 6X8 Derwent Inktense watercolor pencils on a nice small leftover piece of 300# cold press watercolor paper. About 2 hours after I kept working
