my e92 m3 has a catless exhaust, no front plate and window tint and my inspection is due by the end of the month. anyone recommend...

My car passed with bad tires struts and upstream o2 sensor all they care about is horn and lights .
Not close to you at all but hershey tire in staunton will pass anything .

I have this car in which the inspection just expired. The check engine light is on in my car. Does this mean my car will automatically fail the inspection even if the light doesn't pertain to any safety issue?
Are there any places that are more lenient...

I'd be more worried about something breaking down than inspection.
To be an inspection place can I get some kind of business license to do it and then hire certified guys or do I have the engine.

How would I go about editing the memory of other applications using Cocoa? I know the editing has to be done as root, but how would I do it in the first place?

Once you attach to a process, and the process is stopped, you can do things like read and write from the childs instruction or data... .
Ptrace is the usual mechanism to do this (and has little/nothing to do with cocoa itself -- it's a unix api, man ptrace) .

Ours was not, but the sellers were there and it was awkward .
This is between the inspector morning at an inspection.
But will in place of a homeowner in some sitautions (long distance purchases etc).

In checking the roof permit that was applied for I found that there was no inspection and the permit expired.
Would you show the permit application date (2004) on the wind mit?

Is there a place on the form for a roofing contractor to certify a non permitted roof? Quote their salt accepted it.
A State Certified.
Their research for them No roof coverings meet the requirements, no final inspection.

i believe they will do a full car inspection
i dont think your tinted? the worst thing is a muffler is not a legal reason for a cop to give you an inspection...only major, your so out of it.
