FreeBSD has OpenSSH-server installed by default
Enable it with sshd_enable=YES in rc.conf, and run && make install
or install it using
pkg_add -r ssh2
This should do the trick.

Way more programs you can find in FreeBSD's ports collection find one you want and install it:
cd /usr/ports make search name=isc-dhcp cd /usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp31-server make install clean

Note that I know little about FreeBSD (or PostFix for that matter this.

Why not install it from the Ports?
To install NetBeans under FreeBSD use ports:
su cd /usr/ports/java/netbeans/ && make install clean.
