I did get a bg meter and the readings were all in the normall range .
With a cold pack? Did you keep them refrigerated? do you have a glucose meter? Check your levels before this in my post.

Agreed on all the alcohol and fats causing this particular delay. BUt the fact that it's a trend is concerning. I'd guess that might have somehting to do with activity levels. when you're taking insulin, but active it can actually cause sugars to raise...
