Hi Kristi i was approved last year took me four and half yrs i know how you feel, about your insurance here in NC my wife has bcbs hers is primary medicare is second. When you go too doctor they usually don't want a co pay, untill later if at all i am on oxygen since being on medicare i no longer have a co pay on machine. My co pay was a thousand dollars now none, worth the the medicare if you are likely to go in and out of hospital if not just keep his hope this helps. source
