Just wondering if insurance companies REPORT to credit bureaus. I know that insurance companies will PULL your credit report.
I am looking for non-credit ways to help out my credit report... Just wondering if taking out renter's insurance would help it...

Credit Cards company use to report bi-monthly....I don't....
The one exception is my electric to go deliquent on these accounts then they would likely report negatively .
Nor have most utilities.

The poliy is after all a very bad credit history and I have no problems paying my insurance monthly, for car or home.
When you pay for insurance monthly, you are taking out a credit agreement.

Just a reminder in case some of you did not know. Thanks to the new federal health care law there are some sizable tax credits (not simply deductions) for small businesses that provide health insurance for their employees.

More likley to get a student credit card with a 250 or 500 credit limit as a first....
It's unlikley that a 18 year old student will get a 0% credit card as they tend to go to people with good incomes and a proven credit history.
