I'm looking at the weapon R intake but it looks different from other intakes, length wise. Can anyone tell me if this is a good SRI intake? The website gives me the option to buy this Secret Weapon Ram Intake 2 with it. Can you guys tell me what it does...

I dont think that would make much.
Any one has this intake and has suffered from bogging or heat soak? I expect the hose to helpall the ram air kit does is re-position the intake down by the bumper.

I have recently bought a tunnel ram intake plate for my '01. It says that it works with most after market intake horns, I have the ATS acrflow on the truck already. Has anyone used the two of these together, or know by chance if this intake horn happens...

Got as it made the first latch I could tell... .
Lets say if it didnt hit the hood, it wasnt far from it .
Hopefully the insulation the intake on the insulation.
To be a clean spot on top of the intake horn where the hood insulation rubs on it.

My truck has an exhaust leak that needs to be repaired before I can take him in to be smogged & it turns out I need both the exhaust & intake manifolds. My mechanic found the exhaust manifold with no problem but we can't find anyone that carries the intake...

I've just never seen a cracked or broken stock intake.

Do any one have a good detailed write up on how to close and seal a stock box for intake. id like to do the ram air tube from behind the grill along with it, i just dont know the cheapest easy way to be able to seal the stock box? all help is much appreciated...
