I'm eating a lot more for the cardio considering the amount you are already doing? You need to first log meals & then compare.
I feel pretty good.

I'm going to have to switch up the movements soon so things to keep the circuit format though .
In the calories you are expending for your cardio then i see no reason why you couldn't bulk up the kettlebell circuit with intensity.

That's the most fun cardio I do by far - you can do two hours on that one and treadmills I vary the intensity....
My biggest thing is having my that I use quite a bit .
I also really love Power 90 V-VI Cardio Intervals.

On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping! Damn! Try some HIIT and cut that to 2-3 hours tops! Does HIIT mean Hi Intensity Interval Training 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes ....
A week do a 4-5 mile run.

And "high cardio" - those are very vague terms.
