I just wanted to know if everyones tren experience was like mine. Im the kind of guy that trains with high volume and intensity and loves doing high intensity cardio. But while on tren i had to take longggg breaks between my sets just to catch my breath...

Yeah tren has messed my high intensity cardio up everytime I have been on it.

Ive done a bunch of research and these are the conclusions i came up with
CONCLUSION 1
doing cardio on an empty stomach can be good because it increases the fat burning process due to depleted glycogen levels.

I work at 10 so I have time to eat breakfast before work .
Breakfast wait an hour or two and then do cardio buts abviously not always possible depending on ur cardio ).

My trainer upped my cardio on the body fat.
They went away after I got new shoes.
This summer I'll serious about running last spring.
2-3 days a week of cardio
I do high-intensity circuits with weights 2-3x per week.

I just wanted to get some members input on there thoughts and knowledge of cardio directly after weight training. I lift and then do 45 min of cardio, but I only include the cardio three days a week. Does this have more of a catabolic effect on muscle...

On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping! Damn! Try some HIIT and cut that to 2-3 hours tops! Does HIIT mean Hi Intensity Interval Training 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes ....
A week do a 4-5 mile run.

cardio sessions a week for a couple weeks then drop the intensity and bring in a HIIT session, probably about 500 cals/day less than you need - no amount of cardio can make up for ingesting.

I hear that 20mins it the least amount of time you can do cardio for, if you are trying to actively burn fat. This is because: |for the first 20mins you are burning 80% carbs - 20% fat| then |for 20-40mins your burning 50% carbs - 50% fat| and |for 40...

That 20mins it the least amount of time you can do cardio for, if you are trying to actively burn fat training for 60-90mins before hand then surely once you start the cardio you will be running on fat 10mins of cardio should be ....

Better than the 45 min low intensityIf your on gear, then IMO cardio let's you get more out of it You will feel better.
20 min interval training is great agreed.
cardio session any day.
