I would chime in with greens.
Medium gray.
But, white shutters and entry door would give it a more beachy clean for doors and shutters but it's up to what you like the most.

Making non-pushblock puzzles doesn't seem to jive well with shutters for NES-style doors. For some reason or another, activating secrets will not open shutters, and while I can get around it pretty well for fully-scripted puzzles and pushblock puzzles...
