I fast for 8-10 hours daily 15-16 hours of fasting....
I started noticing this, when I tried fasting 23+ hours.
Intermittent fasting is still kind of evolving; it's where low carb diets were in the 90s up, etc.

Is anyone trying the nighttime fasting that's been in the news lately? Any luck? If so what kind of hours are you eating/fasting and how long have you been doing it?
I'm going to try it, but I was thinking reasonable hours like don't eat after 7pm or ...
