I've looked for this song everywhere and couldn't find it. I just picked up a copy of the complete series and started watching it, then I hear a clear version of the song without voiceovers, etc.
It can be found on the Collection 1 / Disk 2 at the root...

But the intro song is what I like most and I saw that it's the intro song for a lot of Armada videos.
