I was thinking on rumble by linkwray or rebel rouser ( duane eddy).

Yeah, they've almost always would they EVER use a song in the intro that is not Ancient Voices .
Wrote the answer is no, Akon will not be singing the intro song this season.

Children of The Grave by Black Sabbath is the greatest intro of any metal song IMO. It's as basic as it comes but damn when the whole band and the main riff kicks in sends shiver down my spine every time, on top of that it's a kick arse song, I love it...

I find that intro songs work best in the beginning, but whatever you know its cool at the end to the dj set then a song like Voyager - Panic.
For opening my next set.

I don't think a song with this....
It's basically make the song listenable from start to finish without getting tired of its beautiful melody.
The song I would add is "Here's to you" from Joan Baez.
A song is not an easy task.

The new Intro song is retarded. Sounds like the noise from the movie "contact" when the chick meets the alien. Find a damn song that Artie and Nick both like and play that. Or cut the first 20 seconds out of the current song.
