Are the teter hang ups exponentially better than the less expensive models? I am thinking of buying a inversion table from academy that's $100. Weight limit of 250lbs, so that's good. Any of you guys own one? Or can recommend a specific model.

I have used an inversion table for the past year. I use it every morning and after I play singles tennis about 3-4 times a week. After tennis it seems to release pressure on both knees. I then ice both knees for 20 mins. Works for me. I am bone on bone...

Not much one can do about height except select different parents and grandparents and remain healthy .
5'8" is on the low side of average.
Do you think he's trying to gain height? It won't work, but it might be very relaxing .
