Figured I'd make a thread recommending.
I highly recommend getting an inversion table, or some kind of 'anti-gravity' device.
If you've been wanting new plates or something but don't have an anti-gravity equipment piece, then make it your priority. Seriously...

I've suffered from back pain for my entire adult life. I have two degenerative discs in the lower lumbar region. I'm forever going to the chiropractor for pain relief. The adjustments do help, but it's only temporary. I also have pain in my hips and knees...

I operate someI've got some inversion boots that I have used in the past, and have had good luck with them.
I would definetely go the inversion table route, as the boots are not the easiest to use.

Has anyone out there actually used inversion of control containers within compiler implementations yet? I know that by design, compilers need to be very fast, but I've always been curious about how IoC/DI could affect the construction of a programming...

So I've got maybe 10 objects each of which has 1-3 dependencies (which I think is ok as far as loose coupling is concerned) but also some settings that can be used to define behavior (timeout, window size, etc).

What is your opinion on inversion tables? I have problems with my lower back caused by pelvic tilt (side ways) that I am trying to fix but is taking time. I'm thinking of getting one to decompress my spine and reduce the pressure.
