Please clarify my understanding regarding the pricing date in the commercial invoice:
GI date is the billing date and the billing date is the pricing date in the commercial invoice.

Basically you walk in, ask for the invoice on the particular vehicle they have on the lot, make sure the #'s all line up, and you get 1% below no haggle pricing invoice, not $1K.
Jeep, Dodge vehicles at 1% below invoice.
