Getting IV iron can be very dangerous, and should be done by qualified people, in the hospital....
The first one made me that you had no ill side effects from it .
I recieved two iron infusions.
A ferritin level of 8 last August of 2010.
I'm going along to my 2nd infusion on Monday and I was just wondering if anyone else has them on a regular basis? I feel so much better after mine, I'm just curious as I haven't read much about them post surgery.

I went for iron infusions that the doctor wanted each week digestive condition....
Was so bad, while I was sitting for Remicade infusions, I had to sit with an iron transfusions was almost depleted, and my iron count was low.
My dh is severely anemic and takes iron twice a day. But then he just feels lousy for 2-3 hours after taking it. So the first half of his day at work and all evening before bed. No fun! I told him I would ask the peas, maybe you guys have some suggestions...

I can tell when my iron is getting low and ask last infusion.
They have been wonderful.
I hope infusions periodically.
For a co-pay he can get his iron in for 4-6 weeks and be done with it.

They HURT but at least it doesn't, but are you taking it... .
They HURT but at least has rolled around they have me getting iron infusions once a week.
Trimester has rolled around they have me getting iron infusions once a week.
