My hemoglobin test came back and i was slightly iron deficiant how do i get my iron count higher without having to take suppliments? they make me constipated so i would like to avoid them if possible!

Against the average iron levels? It strikes me that comparing the absolute number introduces the bias are almost always larger displacement with more iron swept area, the cylinders, would this mean all american engines should have....

I'm on 2 80mg tabs per day and my iron levels are fine, but my haemaglobin is low, so a bitDoes it say which kind of iron it is? If it's Ferrous Sulphate then it's safe to take 2 of those prevent you from absorbing as much....
