In the morning, take the iron in the evening.) I've been taking a supplement and it has not been working because of that.

I'm on 2 80mg tabs per day and my iron levels are fine, but my haemaglobin is low, so a bit prevent you from absorbing as much iron....
Does it say which kind of iron it is? If it's Ferrous Sulphate then it's safe to take 2 of those per day.
