Do *SOME* vegetarians not eat fish to just in order to call themselves "vegetarian"? I completely understand when it comes to meat and poultry.
There are some who feel genuinely emotional for a fish's death and cannot fish. I understand that as well.

Somebody who eats animals is not a vegetarian, and when they still call themselves to be a vegetarian....
For health, vegetarians do have a problem though when a pescetarian claims to be vegetarian or even worse vegetarians.
