Ive been sacked for misconduct about having a disagreemen with a trainning officer i swore a bit so they sacke? we had the disagree on the shop floor no one else heard but because i did not say sorry he reported me for bulling him and swearing to him ...

That said, you should still try for it.
But if you have other people in the company who don't like you, they're sure to be called in for testimony about your attitude and behavior .
I think unfair dismissal is the way to appeal this .

A mate thats a year or so into a spray painting apprenticship was telling us a story the other day how the spray painter at his work got the sack for pissing in the spray booth.
