Laptops are not even against the rules in the flight deck when viewing company materials. JetBlue issues them to their pilots for use on the flight deck. The bottom line is the guy handling the radios 1 Their careers are over! They will never fly again! The FAA will issue an emergency order of revocation of their airman ...
