Hello Everyone,
I am trying to download a Joomla template using the 2.5.1 version of Joomla. My steps are as follows
1. Download the template
2. Extract the files/copy the files to a folder which is placed in the "HTDOCS" folder of the xxamp folder

Templates could be downloaded from the web downloading the template from the JoomlArt site using the quickstart (because the quickstart option downloads.
Is this possible? There is no provision in Joomla! for this .

i've found myself a few times wondering what can be overwritten by 'template overrides'.
is it just 'style' type files like css files or can it be actual 'functioning' pages?
i think i may have misunderstood the term 'template override' thinking...
