The Judge ruled that the constitution applies only to humans.
(Not the Whales that PETA was saying are slaves)

If they were rescued and need to be kept in captivity, that is ok, but otherwise let them live free and natural .
I don't think its slavery, but I do think the animals should be allowed to be free .

A judge at a local place I know said that Trance Archfiend is iffy in Dark World and the discard effect sounded like a cost (which means the Dark World monsters don't get their effects). He recommended me to take it out and he will "do more research" ...

I can only consider that someone 'got' to this judge....
This judge conducted a sham hearing.
In a REAL court proceeding BEFORE their testimony is entered into the record .
So basically, the judge decided that evidence does not mean anything.
