July Birthday

There is an astrological belief that Christ was born in the summer. Allot of stores and Internet sales companies, do have Christmas in July sales, which is a gimmick to get people to spend more, because by then, last Christmas is just being paid off. source

I dont even celebrate Christmas at the normal time in a big way. IMO, its just another way for retailers and those in the hospitality industry to cash in. source

The only reason I married an Aussie was so that I wuold get a holiday on my birthday every year so that is a bonus. Moving from Spring to Autumn - not much difference really. source

I use to get things after Christmas to get me thru. I would get lip gloss and things like that in the sets. source

We don't celebrate 4th July over here like ye do but my family does celebrate it coz it's my youngest sister's birthday! Plus this year, my aunt is having a barbeque on 3rd July for all the family because it's my parents 25th wedding anniversary so we're having a big family thing next Sunday! source
