Firstly I just want to say that I'm incredibly saddened to see so many people experiencing this problem with nary a hint of a solid treatment or diagnosis. I'm glad this forum is here for everyone!

I was still feeling....
It just so happened that my annual pelvic was due on 3/17, so I mentioned all of this to my gynecologist.
I just experienced one, I believe, a few weeks ago after the problem.
I think I may have had 1 last year.
Period.
