Most of the views in my app are UITableVlews inside a UIViewController. My App feels like it's lagging when trying to scroll through the tables. I was wondering (1.) if it is better to create the cell objects in the table view, or create them at runtime...

A solid restore did the trick, and my app runs without the afore-mentioned .
In fact, just avoid any fancy table view cell tables are setup just fine.
Toggle the cell's checkmark instead.
Avoid the UISwitch.

Car feels like a turd
I haven't had a chance to got down the track yet because the track is closed for the season but I have put about 150 miles on the car and it just feels like a slug.
It was built to run 11.3-11.5 in the 1/4 and hopefully a lot faster...

Once I get 2 or 3 hits of the throttle the "surprise" of a new build or boost level wears off and it gets boring again.

Is it just me or this manga feels a bit like battle royale ^^ tho battle royale is definitely more (as in MORE) disgusting and gore , ousama game kind of has some similarities with it.

Either Inzektor/Wind-Up or some kind of Anti-Meta to be even remotely competitive. Winning isn't everything to me but it feels as if every other kind of deck just becomes demolished by those archtypes.

Feels like back of thighs swelling with blood??? last few weeks i have been getting up and when in the kitchen making breakfast my legs to the point of hurting are feeling like the back of my thighs down to my knee are swelling ang can feel it even worse...
