So i was recently diagnosed with ultra low testosterone (25 ng/dl). I'm only 24 years old but I noticed the symptoms almost 2 years ago. The doc put me on androgel 1.62% at 3 pumps per day to start off with. I am new to the whole idea of hormone manipulation...

The books else would just be theory ....
Have a REALLY good working knowledge of the hormones and processes involved, I would head over to PubMed and read science articles about the influence of weight loss and the hormones involved.

Without hormones in the mix, you will burn a lot of muscle with T3.
And itll come off lol I dont think 18 year old should get started with it, hormones are high and can ephedrine/caffeine as well.
