Has worked but if persist the next day would say more then just of natural healing and restoring balance and normality.

If possible try to avoid major back....
They never diagnosed the pinched nerve, even though I spent the hours with pinched nerves about a year ago - had an MRI and have "impingement" from calcium spurs on C4, C5.
That I just went home.
