I have heard that a lot of people don't think it is right to wear headphones if you are running. I guess it's like a respect thing--kind of like taking your hat off indoors maybe? But what if you are just jogging? Is it OK to wear headphones then???

I know I do even though I do have flaws on my belly now. My husband said I shouldn't be ashamed because I look good yo have had two kids but I do get self conscious when other guys are around. It's not that I care or want the guys I just wonder if there...

If you cinch the chest belt tight and wear your PFD they most likley will not fill when filled with water.
I have breathables.
I wear em when the water is cold, I have boots that fit over the feet.
To it pretty quickly.
