There be any reason why, when I open the jersey_template_v2.0 with Paint Shop Pro 8, that all I get is one layer? The cap_template works just fine, as does your previous jersey template release.

Now may is to grind the mill scale off clean, just like welding , I rarely do it but if you want a real clean any number of times here....
Better there was no grinding or chipping invovled, just wipe the glove down the edge and weld.
