Steel walls vs Concrete walls for a vinyl lined pool?
I realize that your post is almost 2 years old but this is exactly the same question I have. What did you decide on and, if you had it to do again, would you? source
How do I beat the crowds to the Ancient City Walls?
Probably quickest to jump in a cab, but will be more expensive than a bus. There are a couple of entrances to the walls, I have always started on the Pile Gate side though. source
Wall of shame?
It's strictly prohibited for the same reason no one in a non-public section of the forum can speak about any member that doesn't have access - because the banned member can not defend themselves. Their ban speaks for itself, so it needs not be discussed. source
How can I fix my walls?
In terms of specific product recommendations the guys at the paint store will be your best resource. I recommend going to a store that deals, if not exclusively, then primarily in paint. The folks at the Home Depot or Lowes tend to be very good generalists but what you want is the advise of a specialist. Lay out exactly what you have told us to them and don't be embarrassed to admit that you're a noob and don't know all the lingo. The most successful painting projects I have done are the ones where I have taken lots of time to prep the area properly. In general the actual putting-paint-on-the-walls part should be less than a third of total time spent. Make sure that everything that you do not want paint on is removed or covered. Spend extra time to make sure that all of your tape lines are ruler straight. Its a lot easier in the long run to spend time on the front end making sure your prep work is perfect than running around with a rag and solvent afterward trying to fix mistakes that could have been avoided. Lastly paint is one of those products where there really is a significant difference between the cheap stuff and the good stuff. I have always been much happier with both the application and the final result when I have bought the more expensive product rather than trying to save a few bucks. source
Is Wall Street really so sorry?
They're sorry they got caught and are being watched so closely, but otherwise no. If it had been their money, they may have been much more careful. source
