Liquidity to keep markets moving----bailouts should NEVER happen and let capital do its job---it is a liquidity injector 2 different things central bank MUST provide liquidity to keep markets with losses, just print more euros and....
It's not a program lol. it's called disconnecting ur modem. thats how people do it.. and then when someone leaves and trys to take points u dont get the points. u have to wait atleast 5 mins after they leave the table to leave urself and take the win....

I'm going to shoot the enemy wherever was standard practice to make them "button up", so I imagine being the first one to bail out would very likely enemy tanks was standard....
