Just The Optifast

I am almost 4 years out from band surgery and I just take a inexpensive multi vitamin. The vitamin needs for gastric bypass and bands are different. source

I have no idea what the letter is suppose to say. Every time I call and ask I only get more confused lol. source

My doc had me on Optifast for 2 weeks previous to shrink the liver. It is supposed to be important, so I would definately ask about it! source

You should always be able to drink fluids, maybe not guzzle them, but a least drink normally. I got too tight once and just water sat for hours right after a fill. The swelling did go down but I eventually got an unfill anyway. If you can't drink get some taken out now, don't wait. source

He's doing the Optifast diet where he drinks only specially formulated shakes and eats absolutely nothing. I've tried to get 3 different doctors to sign off on that for me but they won't do it. source
