....
Rearrange to get j on it's own.
This will help us find j.
j / k = 32; k = 3 / 2
j = 32k
j = 32(3/2)
j = 96/2
j / 2 = 96/4
j / 2 = 24 <-- If j/k = 32 and k.

I'm triyng to do a quick Haskell-like aggregation in Linq (C#), to turn a List into a string in the format "i^j^k..." etc.
is this possible in one query, or should I just do it the old-fasioned
foreach (int i in list) { string+= i + "^" }
(p.s. yes, that...

Unless this turns out to be a bottleneck....
Use string.Join :
string.Join("^", list.Select(x => x.ToString()).ToArray())
In this particular case it may be more efficient to use StringBuilder directly as Append(int) may avoid creating the temporary strings .

I know all 3 are related, and I've seen quite a few answers for problems in Project Euler written in J, and a few written K. What I'm wondering is, which would you suggest learning, and where would you suggest going about getting the materials to learn...

So should the official.
The current J interpreter is not open source, but the language spec is.
K appears to be dead with J.
J interpreter no longer be free, an open source project could implement it.

I came across J/K/APL a few months ago while working my way through some project euler problems, and was intrigued, to say the least. For every elegant-looking 20 line python solution I produced, there'd be a gobsmacking 20 character J solution that ran...

The point of APL (and J and K) is to summarize big algorithms into tidy notationI think your 3 points show that you don't NEED to learn J.
For complex concepts.

Now, I like K-r&b much better I like both but I'm more into K-Pop than J-pop, though I also like J-rock and K-R&B.
Like both, but if I had to pick it would be J-pop.

So I'm in the mood for some slice-of-life romantic drama. But where does one even start with k-drama/j-drama? Poking around the net a bit there's no For Dummies starter info. What are the shows that *everyone* has to see? I guess I'm leaning more towards...
