If my Fiance already lives in the US can i still file for a Fiance Visa? I am wondering becuase on the form it asks if she lives in the US so im wondering if it will be denied or not because of that reason?

That depends on the consulate handling the petition and the interview .
A friend of mine waited almost 9 months for her Danish fiance with the actual visa getting approved.
To get a K1 visa in just 5 months.
