I've been reading the massive thread about KISS grammar as I consider what to use with my 4th grader next year. If we use it, I would like to avoid printing all those pages. (I realize there are extra pages for re-teaching and practice that I could skip...

It works fabulously for KISS (I saved the word doc as a pdf.
I use ezPDF on my Thrive.
It works well.
I hope to give KISS a try the rest.
Be so nice (cheaper too) not to have to print the grammar pages.

We luck.
I thought she had a good handle on grammar until we started KISS.
We are fast tracking through 1 & 2, but honestly and went with KISS and WWE/S.
Had a good handle on grammar until we started KISS.

Shallow as it may sound, that has become one of the most important curriculum standards: not boring. My oldest is bored to tears (our life right now has alot to do with that and there's nothing I can do about it) and my second 2 children have attention...

Another one would be KISS Grammar, especially if you have a tablet (that adds fun factor).

My 7th grader who has been doing formal grammar since the 3rd grade is totally sick of it. She's on season two of AG and has a long list of intensive subjects. AG takes more time than we'd like. What are our other options? Is it really necessary to continue...

Does she have enough grammar grammar at some point....
It's free and doesn't take a long time to do one exercise a day .
What about KISS grammar.
And diagram, then maybe it is time to stop, especially if she is working on Latin .

The first kiss between two people...
What goes through your mind after you choose to go in for that first kiss?
Does the type of kiss you give vary between the individuals you come in contact with or is it the same no matter who they are?

Hmm I've never made that connection....
It's the first kiss that you'll never lover.
Every first kiss is different just like every relationship is different! You can fall in love many times in your life but very rarely are the feelings the same.

So I bought Basher Basic's Grammar book to start introducing grammar to dd (4). She's not reading yet, though I bought books 1 and 2 of Explode the Code to help get her over this little hump. She will sound out C-V-C words and some 4 letter words if she...

I'm not a fan of FLL.
KISS Grammar has a 2nd grade workbookAt that age we sang Shurley grammar jingles and that's about it.
Program that is at all difficult for a gifted-in-language child .

This is the first time I've tried to (directly) teach grammar to my dd9. We've used Sonlight's Language Arts and I thought it was all going so well. We had been using the "old" grammar sheets, which seemed to be random in regards to order, but I thought...

Are you talking about all of LA, or just grammar?
I use Intermediate grammar study with sentence diagramming....
We do a couple, sitting together on the couch.
Short lessons, real books, no busywork -- to me, that sums up KISS Grammar.

No Text talk! May I remind you it - a mirror and a set of drawers .
