Oh come on Sandi, you know it's not a failure of Obama's policies. Actually, it seems he doesn't have any policies as of yet. He can't be bothered with it just now because he has to go to the new doggy photo shoot. He couldn't be bothered before because he had to be on TV with Jay Leno and 60 Minutes. He's a busy man and can't be bothered with the minutia of running the country--other than running it in the ground. I have a huge question, why did a citizen of the world's most powerful nation come to sit on a lifeboat for 5 days before being rescued? I understand logistics and the such, but would Obama have been left with them for 5 days--I think not. source

It varies by state, but the flu mist is being distributed already but is generally not available to the public. The first doses of injectable should be available by the end of this week for hospitals and high risk groups, and the first doses to doctors offices, Walgreens and places like that should be by the end of next week. source
