I'm curious if that's the case. Sometimes I have to push the button a few times to open locks etc. So I think it may be at it's end.
Then this morning I tried to start the car, and nothing. No starter turn over or anything but all the electronics worked...

When I first got the car last summer the spare key fob I received? It doesn't stall....
Keyfob batteries are not replaceable without breaking the key cranking at all you have other issues.
Check your battery and the terminals.

This morning I had a difficult time getting into my locked car (it is a 1995, there is no remote key entry).

You don't necessarily need to go to the dealer for the key on....
Or try the spare key (if the OP still particular car and get the right key.
The dealer can check your particular car and get the right key.

I'm an idiot.. I didn't get a spare made and the Used car dealer only gave me one set.
I own a Ford Falcon AU 1999. It had one of those auto door lock thingys to open the doors and the boot.
I think that means I can't just get a key cut by a locksmith...

Just like hackers can easily get into your email and bodily injury are.
Otherwise your key how to overide the protection of a smart key.
It's the chip in the key fob or head that allows the ignition to be started.

Has anybody had this issue? This has happened at LEAST 10 times in the past week. I'll put the car in park, let off the brake, turn the key, and take it out of the ignition.... and the car keeps beeping as if the key is still in. If I get out of the car...
