Your friend can bring new toys for his son to play! For the younger one, you may need a few things like toys or psp to keep them entertained.

It's a never fail way to keep her busy I have three boys and it is a constant rotation of legos, wood blocks, toy trucks, puzzles and books .
Didn't cost us anything, it was a christmas gift from the inlaws .

Anyone out there supplement their winter training with a few treadmill sessions? I'm curious to see how other runners stay entertained when they're at the gym.

I usually try to do my walks around nap time so my 2 yr old just will nap in the stroller and I can get my hour of walking in. But living in florida and waiting until 1pm to walk starts to get really hot. She wont sit still in the stroller while I walk...
