Of course, my kids are older not, however, independently wealthy enough....

Sometimes he'll only take an hour nap at daycare! Ugh.

Daycare teacher hits kids? my 3 year old son said to me today that his teacher hit him in the neck and slaped his fingers...it actually not the 1st time he has said it before but i though he was kidding sure i know i can tell the manager at the daycare...

Yeah you can sue, or give a warning but definitely go family services or whoever your daycare....
