If a non-carry is going to get away otherwise, should you use stuff like Tempest's ult, Plague Rider's ult, etc, to kill him?
I know Crown once told me he gets very cranky when people don't use their ult to finish off a hero that will otherwise get away...

You put an enemy hero away for sometime and leave your team in a 4v5 scenario....
Most ultimates are around 100s cooldowns and many times kills than not I would use it - granted you are using it effectively.
In dota I would to ensure a kill.

That doesn't even make sense in context.
Given all the wacky, unrealistic powers out there, flying is like one of the least crazy .
I highly doubt, of all things, heroes having the ability to fly has anything to do with it.

"Does not kill" Hero - still relevant? Faserip penalizes heroes who kill. Aces & Eights rewards PC who aid a downed foe.
