Standard Cymbidiums are a no-go here as far as I am concerned because of the summer heat and the nonexistent fall (it goes from summer to winter overnight with basically no fall-like period).
That being said, I have a few of the new "heat tolerant" Cymbs...

I want to make pot roast in the crock pot tomorrow and I would love some suggestions or even a recipe. The last few times I attempted pot roast the meat was tough and chewy, almost dry - which I can figure out because it was in the crock all day in liquid...

Very very good cuts don't seem to work as well for me in the crock pot as the less expensive ones.
What kind of roast did you use - do you remember? I regularly put a chuck roast in the crock pot.

It added so much clarity, you still.
You kind of get in it, and adding a 1Meg volume pot opened that thing up big time.
Get the beefy low end, while adding back in the high end you lose on a 500K pot.

If you love Chinese food then you will love hot pot! I live in Shanghai, unfortunately for my waistline I eat way too much good food, and hot pot is one of my favorites. If you have a hot plate at home you can make hot pot, there are many recipes online...
