Today i got a letter from a lawyer saying that my website infringed U.S. Patent No. 6,275,821, entitle "Method and system for executing a Guided parametric Search"

We too received an email from them....
They tried the same with EBay it seems and lost a legal case .
Many have recieved the letter but after taking legal advice seemed to suggest it's all false .
Googling them seems like its some kind of patent "trolling" .

I've done some reading and contacted an attorney in Montana in order to set up an LLC in that state. Seems they do not have a sales tax there. Could be a potentially huge savings. Here in NJ we pay a 7% tax based on list price of vehicle at time of initial...

know the true condition then add shipping and batterys along would almost be the cost of shipping ( timmandcrystal@gmail.com )...tons on ebay..
