Importing a PP projet in AE is easy.
Stays the same between PP and AE and found it less intuitive that what I thought.
If you just drag it into a 24p timeline, Premiere will blend the frame rate to that.

I have been tinkering with these settings for a while and I have noticed that if I set my blu-ray player (also a Panasonic) to 24p and set my set to 48hz I get a flicker (that is somewhat accurate of a movie theater look, I was a projectionist for 7 years...
