OK, so when I've done WW before I always had an issue working in dairy and oils. They're just not two things that I go out of my way to eat and I'm never sure how to work them in.
My issue with dairy products is that I'm kosher and try to avoid mixing...

Are you strictly Kosher or Kosher-style? Do you do the four hours after post, it sounds like you're not strictly Kosher.
Be equally non-taste invasive.

I bought some non-HFCS Coke today at Lucky's in Los Altos off of
Foothill Expressway. $1.49 plus CRV for 2 liter bottles.
Note that the label says "sucrose" not sugar, cane-sugar...
