Ok so I hear there is something called Kojel which is basically kosher gelatin or gelatin subsititute. Does any one use this or know what exactly it is??

It's a vegetarian and kosher gelatin that you use just like Jello.

Can vegetarians eat marshallows? I'm 13 and I've been vegetarian for about 3 months and I just found out that gelatin is made from like animal bones or something?? So i can't eat that if i'm vegetarian right?.. not that i would want to.. anyways where...

Marshmallow contains gelatin that has been made of the hooves and joints of cows.I don`t know, are made from heavily processed animal....
For other things that use gelatin you can just use agar instead cant.
There must be a good one out there.

It's more gelatin than fat that makes pulled meat taste moist, i got it as a gift from a non-kosher friend and use it all the time

Just go to the site and you will see that it says, "all natural." That's not a true statement. Look at the ingredients very carefully and you will see for example, the Pine Bark Extract ...
