Story starts in dec 2010 fell it really was a small fall but WOW.. tried therapy for 3 months and nothing, burning, pins and needles, numbness and alot of pain. all of it never went away. so i said lets go with removing the herniated portion of the disk...

Teacher19 I had an extensive l5 s1 laminectomy and foranotomy for a very large rt sided in there Just a surgery on L5 S1 (laminectomy).
