I have several bulging discs and DDD, mine has been going on for about 3 yrs. It may get better. I had one pain in my leg it went away after 6mos. I sleep with 2 pillows between my legs at nite on my left...

Just had C4-C5 fused with discectomy....
Need to be sure that your pelvis is supported and neutral, relative to your fusion and the ascending vertebrate .
Don't know about running, but be sure to get a SMP or Adamo saddle, and LLD adjustment from your local fitter .

Ze kunnen niet garanderen dat de prothese nog pakweg 50 jaar meegaat.
