Mainly the law on religion in schools and which bans children and staff from wearing religous items which include crosses/crucifixes, veils, star of David, Sikh braclets etc

I am not sure why atheists make such a hubbub about it all - frankly, many view religious people of any stripe as idiotic, and make no pretenses about announcing the fact .
