I think I can get higher speeds. Orange tell me I am on 'up to 20Mbps' service.
I have a line speed of 8128kbps/448kbps.
I have rang Orange and they won't tell me if I am on BT or not, just that my download speed is expected to be 7.5Mbps, as determined...

Has anyone successfully moved Phone and Broadband from TT to Sky including porting their original phone number?
Seems to be a very hit and miss process but am wondering if this has improved in recent months. Know the Sky website only gives the option ...

Im an ex tiscali customer that got moved to TT.
I pay £15.32 a month for TT broadband but have my phone and line rental with BT.
I now want to switch to another provider,do i need a Mac code?
And can a Mac code be requested here?

If line rental is with BT your BB wont be LLU, my brother had same set up and as a BT ....
I pay £15.32 a month for TT broadband issued MAC we are not permitted to raise it for you.
