I was wondering what people make of this vid. The idea is that depression can be treated by looking at the nutrients a patient is lacking.
I find it interesting as a person who sometimes gets a bout of mild depression e.g. just feeling fed up and sorry...

Obviously for more severe depression a zumba class ain't gonna cut it.. .

Recently had blood reasons.
I drink about 4 glasses of water a day too .
To caffeine free, but no difference.
